Return & Refund Policy

Returns
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired product, you may request a return within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us with your order number and photos of the item — our team will guide you through pickup or a return drop-off, depending on your delivery zone. Due to the perishable nature of some of our products (honey, ghee, mangoes, dry fish, etc.), we are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind, taste preference, or once a perishable item has been opened, unless the product is defective or not as described.
Refund Timeline
Once a return is approved and the item (if applicable) is received back or verified, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method or account used for the order — our support team will confirm the exact refund method when approving your request.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are confirmed or shipped by contacting our support team. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — a return may be requested instead upon delivery, subject to the Returns terms above.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer a refund where: the request is made after the 48-hour reporting window, the product has been used/consumed beyond what is needed for inspection, the issue is due to misuse or improper storage by the customer, or the order was correctly delivered as described.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Email us at care@laladia.com or call +880 1334-943783 with your order number, the reason for the request, and (if applicable) photos of the product received. Our support team will confirm eligibility and the next steps within 24-48 hours.
